NorthPaws aiming to stay perfect in Bellingham after opening weekend sweep of Lefties

KAMLOOPS — After three games of their West Coast League baseball season, the Kamloops NorthPaws remain undefeated.
Kamloops started the campaign with a three-games series against the Port Angeles Lefties this past weekend in Washington state.
The NorthPaws opened with a bang on Friday (May 30), hammering the Lefties 8-0.
They followed with an 11-5 victory on Saturday and came from behind to win 10-9 on Sunday.
The team bus arrived in Kamloops at 1:30 a.m. on Monday morning after a 520-kilometre drive from Port Angeles.
The NorthPaws don’t have much time to rest before heading south again.
The club will be in Washington state on Tuesday to start a three-game series against the Bellingham Bells (2-1).
The NorthPaws and Victoria Harbourcats have matching 3-0 records and sit tied atop the North Division.
Kamloops will host its home opener on Friday (June 6) against the Kelowna Falcons, who are winless after three games
