Police seeking to identify two suspects after alleged assault in downtown Kamloops
KAMLOOPS — Mounties are asking the public to help identify two suspects related to an alleged assault that took place Wednesday evening (Dec. 20) in downtown Kamloops.
In a release, RCMP say around 5:05 p.m on December 20, officers were called to a business in the 400-block of Victoria Street, where a man was allegedly assault by two other men. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
“Police have reviewed security footage of the incident and are releasing images of the two suspects in an attempt to further the investigation,” said Cpl. Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson.
Anyone who recognizes the men or has more information related to the incident is asked to call the Kamloops RCMP Detachment at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2023-44517.
