Volunteer with Us for the 2025 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships
The National Aboriginal Hockey Championships are coming to Kamloops, BC from May 4-11, 2025, and we need your help to make this incredible event a success!
Volunteers are the heart of every tournament, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles. This is your chance to support the athletes, connect with the community, and be part of an exciting national event.
Volunteer Roles Available
We have a variety of positions to suit your interests and skills:
Welcome & Information: Greet guests, answer questions, and help attendees find their way.
Security: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Merchandise Sales: Assist fans with purchasing tournament memorabilia.
Penalty Box Door Openers: Be rinkside to keep the game running smoothly.
Music: Help set the tone and atmosphere with great tunes during the games.
50/50 Sales: Support fundraising efforts by selling raffle tickets.
Team Ambassadors/Hosts: Be the go-to person for a team, assisting them with any questions or needs throughout the tournament.

Winter Tail Gate Series: Trivia Nights for a Cause!
Join the BC SPCA Kamloops & District Community Animal Centre for the Winter Tail Gate Series, an exciting twist on the popular Summer Tail Gate events! These animal-themed trivia nights are the perfect way to beat the winter blues while supporting animals in need.
Gather your team of up to six players and head to two of Kamloops’ favourite breweries during March and April for fun-filled evenings of trivia, great drinks, and good company. Don’t forget to start thinking up some creative animal-themed team names to add an extra layer of fun to the competition!
You’ll be helping to make a difference in the lives of animals in our community. Plus, you'll receive one free beer at each event location with every ticket purchased (must be 19+)! Let’s come together for an evening of fun, trivia, and generosity.

RunClub: Boogie Training 2025

Register now for RUNClub’s Spring Training for Boogie – while space is available!
RUNClub’s Spring Training Clinic – the official training program for Boogie the Bridge – is scheduled as follows, for 2025:
Sunday morning sessions start March 9th (at 8:00am) and
Tuesday evening sessions start March11th (at 6:00pm)
Both training sessions run for 8 weeks. The start location for each session will be announced soon.
RUNClub has always been about running and walking but is really so much more. We LOVE running/walking and moving around outdoors. Our goal is to inspire and guide everyone we can into adopting a healthy living lifestyle. We believe that running is the perfect conduit. We also whole-heatedly believe in and live connections.
