Paul Mas Wines – Jardin de Roses (Dec 11)

Linda from Sahali Liquor Store brought in the perfect wine for the holiday, and it’s one of the prettiest bottles we’ve seen for Test A Wine Tuesday.  The Jardin de Roses Rose from Paul Mas Wines.  This wine is made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache grapes.  This beautiful rosé has a pale pink colour. It has a fine and subtle nose of berry aromas with red fruits notes, hints of blackberry and cherries. The palate is lively and greedy with notes of red fruits. Ideal for aperitif, with grilled meats or white meat. Can also be served with tapas!
